services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Eligibility & Account Requirements
You must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of a supported jurisdiction to use
Funding Fast Capital's financial services. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your
account information and for all activities that occur under your account credentials.
2. Loan Services Terms
Loan approvals are subject to creditworthiness assessment, income verification, and
applicable lending criteria. Interest rates, repayment terms, and eligibility vary by
product type and borrower profile. Failure to make timely repayments may result in late
fees, credit reporting, and collection actions as permitted by applicable law.
3. Investment Services Disclaimer
Investment products including stocks, bonds, ETFs, and mutual funds involve risk, including
the possible loss of principal. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
Funding Fast Capital's investment recommendations are based on general financial principles and your
stated risk profile. They do not constitute personalized investment advice under applicable
securities law unless you are enrolled in our discretionary management program.
4. Insurance Policy Terms
Insurance coverage is subject to the specific terms, conditions, exclusions, and limitations
stated in each policy document. Funding Fast Capital acts as a licensed insurance broker and is not the
underwriter. Claims are subject to insurer review and applicable policy provisions.
5. Wealth Management Agreement
Discretionary wealth management clients authorize Funding Fast Capital to execute trades and reallocate
assets within agreed parameters without prior approval for each transaction. You retain the
right to modify investment guidelines or terminate the agreement with written notice.
Advisory fees are charged quarterly in advance based on AUM.
6. Digital Payments Terms
Digital payment services are subject to transaction limits, verification requirements, and
processing timelines stated in your account agreement. Funding Fast Capital is not liable for delays
caused by third-party payment networks, bank processing times, or force majeure events.
7. Debt Relief Program Terms
Enrollment in debt relief programs requires full disclosure of all outstanding debts and
liabilities. Results vary based on creditor cooperation, total debt amount, and payment
consistency. Funding Fast Capital does not guarantee specific settlement amounts or credit score
outcomes.
8. Warranty Service Terms
Home and auto warranty plans are service contracts, not insurance policies. Coverage is
limited to the items, systems, and components listed in your specific plan documentation.
Service requests must be submitted through official Funding Fast Capital channels. Pre-existing
conditions are excluded unless specifically endorsed in writing.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, software, financial models, and reports created by Funding Fast Capital are
proprietary and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized
reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Funding Fast Capital's total liability for any claim arising
from use of our services shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding
the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or
punitive damages.
11. Modifications to Terms
Funding Fast Capital reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be
communicated via email or prominent notice on the platform at least 14 days before taking
effect. Continued use of services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of revised
Terms.
